In 2018, Comac was pleased to be among the key players of a case history from the Archive of Social Generativity, a research project from the Catholic University of Milan, teamed by professor Patrizia Cappelletti, regarding the capability to effectively apply ethical standards.

All welfare initiatives are based on the concept of generativity, which acknowledges the company a high social value. Results obtained come from resources of the territory that is home to us - From this awareness a further sense of responsibility comes that leads us to give back some of the wealth, thus creating a virtuous circle.

Man and his qualities are at the core of the organisation - Each employee offers time and expertise to the company, while the company returns the trust through a peaceful environment where everyone can express his/her potential to the full, both inside and outside the company.

As it can be seen on the opening video, we like to compare Comac to a ship that day after day sets its course, aiming at rescuing not only the captain but the entire crew who makes it possible for sailing with head and heart.
