At the beginning of the nineties was born that plant saw that even today, almost 25 years later, is the most reliable partner for the craft-breweries...

Some clues just to whet the curiosity:

1. It has a solid structure in stainless steel AISI 304
2. It has 4 adjustable feet
3. It has a big “belly” which contains the cleaning solution which can be acidic or caustic
4. It can process many different types of valves and containers, if provided with the necessary exchange format parts
5. It has a raising and lowering platform
6. Its measurements are: length 1,100 mm, width 1,100 mm, height 2,300 mm

But what are we talking about?

We are talking abouth the ever-green keg washing- fillering plant, 1T model (one head) which is able to process all the common types of stainless steel and plastic kegs , of different capacities - from 10L to 30L - height and diameter.

The keg is manually loaded upside down, then it is stuck on the head by a pneumatic press, the platform is lowered and then a plug opens the valve of the keg: this delicate operation is controlled by a sensor.

Subsequent operations are performed after checking the residual pressure within the keg. In case the keg has no pressure or present a pressure value lower than the set-point one , the keg will be rejected.

If the container is suitable, the following operations will take place:

Lavatrice e riempitrice per fusti monotesta

  • Series of pulsed washings for the keg pre-washing with hot water supplied by the user.
  • Series of pulsed washings with detergent solution to clean the keg internal surfaces and series of washings with reduced flow of detergent solution to clean the fitting tube.
  • Series of pulsed washings with hot water (supplied by the customer) to rinse the keg internal surfaces and series of washings with reduced flow of hot water to rinse the fitting tube.
  • Discharge of the rinsing water by means of a jet of steam.
  • Keg steam sterilization during a fixed time; this operation is controlled by means of an analogue pressure transducer.
  • Introduction of CO2 for a total evacuation of the steam and condensate.
  • Keg pressurization with CO2 in order to generate the necessary backpressure during the filling phase; this operation is controlled by an analogue pressure transducer.
  • Keg slow depressurization in order to adjust the filling speed.
  • Filling of the keg with product. This operation is controlled
    by means of a probe.
  • Washing of head and fitting with hot water in order to eliminate all traces of product.
  • Discharge of the hot water used to clean head and fitting by means of a push of CO2.
  • Head residual pressure discharge before releasing the keg.
  • Pneumatic presser ascent and keg release from the head.

This is our keg washing and filling plant model 1T: one of them is now travelling by boat to Tokyo to take part in the FOOMA trade fair in June: all Japanese microbreweries are invited to the stand to have a look a tour plant!

For the everybody else, please contact us and ask for an offer and, why not, make an appointment to come and visit our company.

Good Morning. I am in the market for a single or double keg washer. Filler not required at this point. Would you be able to provide me with a general spec and idea of cost. Thanks,
