Comac has joined the CFT Group family

In the framework of a strategic industrial plan aimed at grabbing new opportunities on the market, consolidating the brand in the beverage sector and supplying increasingly suitable services with innovative technology, Comac has decided to join its forces, skills and know-how to those of a world-class Italian group, leader in the field.

Conscious that our clientele will greatly benefit from this merge, it is therefore our pleasure to confirm that a transfer operation of majority stakes from Comac to CFT Group has been completed.

We furthermore confirm that Giuseppe & Marco Scudeletti, together with Giorgio & Fabio Donadoni, will keep their executive positions within the new Board of Directors.
